Terms and payment plans
Structure one or several payments with clear amounts, dates and terms.
Fluye organizes the terms, payment plans and payments of every sale, and turns real payment behavior into evidence for setting the terms of the next one.
For companies that already sell on terms to retailers and other businesses. You grant the trade credit, on your terms. Fluye structures the operation and keeps it on track; it does not lend money.
More flexibility for your customers, with the same clarity for your team.
Structure one or several payments with clear amounts, dates and terms.
Keep balances and due dates on track. Send notifications with links to pay straight into your account.
Set your next terms with evidence from real payment behavior.
From the first term to the last payment, every sale moves through four connected steps.
When terms live across spreadsheets, messages and memory, every sale can become an exception that is hard to reconstruct.
Fluye lets you set the amount and organize the sale into one or several payments, with clear dates and terms. Everything agreed is recorded, so you can tailor the plan to each customer without rebuilding it later.
Every plan adds dates, partial payments and balances; managed separately, they multiply the work.
Each sale keeps its dates, amounts, partial payments and outstanding balance in one plan. If a partial payment or a change happens, Fluye updates the balance without losing the history of the transaction.
With manual reminders, it is easy to lose sight of what is due, what is paid and what needs attention.
Fluye brings due dates, payments, partial payments and delays into one view, so your team knows what is up to date and what needs attention. It also sends notifications with payment links so each customer can review and settle what is due.
Payments go straight to your account: Fluye does not receive or hold funds.
With a connected record, every new sale is decided with the full picture.
Every payment feeds the customer’s operational score: a signal built on what they actually paid you, not on what they declare. Fluye uses it to recommend whether to keep or adjust the terms of the next sale.
With your authorization, that same record can help partner institutions assess your transactions.
Every paid sale leaves a record that supports your next decision.
That is why Fluye starts by organizing the operation. On that foundation, AI works with what actually happened, not with estimates, and you decide with more context.
Upload your invoices and payment history. Fluye indexes them with AI and builds each customer’s initial profile.
Turns payments, partial payments and delays into a clear signal for each customer. It relies only on observed behavior and grows stronger with every transaction.
Suggests keeping or adjusting the terms of the next sale and shows the reasons behind it, including the ones against.
No term is applied on its own. The recommendation is a proposal: you approve, adjust or reject it, and the commercial decision stays yours.

Today Fluye organizes your sales on terms, tracks every commitment and learns from the results. On that record, together with partner institutions, we are developing two next layers: both will be optional and work per transaction.
When the customer is insurable, a partner insurer may cover payment performance on that transaction up to an amount set per transaction. The policy is contracted directly with the insurer, which defines the coverage, its terms and the indemnity. Fluye only provides the sale information, with your authorization.
On the covered portion, a partner bank may pay you early for that specific transaction. The contract is directly between your company and the bank, which provides the capital, sets the criteria and approves. Fluye only provides the transaction record, with your authorization.
In both, the partner institution provides the capital and makes the decision: the insurer defines and pays the coverage, the bank assesses and approves the early payment. Fluye provides the structured transaction information.
What if your customer is the one setting the terms? Fluye also organizes the trade credit your company receives from its suppliers.
